TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Institute Policies
This Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) governs all services, communications, and engagements with Pakistan Training and Development Institute (PTDI). It applies to all learners, clients, and affiliates who interact with PTDI, whether through in-person sessions, digital platforms, email, phone, or social media.
By enrolling in or participating in any PTDI offering, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.
Training & Course Offerings
Pak Training and Development Institute (PTDI) provides a wide array of professional training programs and courses. Our areas of expertise include:
● Corporate Trainings
Specialized programs tailored to meet organizational development needs, including leadership development, workplace ethics, team building, and strategic management.
● Human Resource (HR) Trainings
Comprehensive training on HR practices such as recruitment, performance management, labor laws, and workplace diversity.
● Digital and Technological Courses
Training in cutting-edge fields such as Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Technology (IT), and other emerging technologies.
On-Demand Training Services
In addition to our scheduled courses, PTDI offers customised, one-on-one and group training sessions based on individual or organisational needs. These on-demand programs are subject to availability and are designed after mutual consultation to meet specific learning objectives.
Delivery Formats
PTDI delivers training in various formats, including in-person classes, virtual sessions, workshops, and blended learning models. Participants may choose the format that best suits their schedule and learning preferences.
Certification & Affiliation
All programs are certified and, where applicable, endorsed by our affiliated government body TEVTA (Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority), ensuring credibility and recognition. PTDI is also proudly affiliated with UMT (University of Management and Technology) for enhanced academic support and institutional strength.
Attendance and Participation
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, actively engage in activities, and complete any assigned tasks or assessments. PTDI reserves the right to deny certification in cases of poor attendance or non-compliance.
Session Rescheduling and Emergencies
● In the event of a public holiday, natural disaster, or trainer unavailability, sessions may be rescheduled.
● Lost training hours will be compensated via weekends or alternative days in mutual coordination with the trainer and participant.
Prohibited Activities
● No audio or video recording is permitted during any PTDI session, unless authorized. Still photography is allowed only for personal use.
● Participants must not contact PTDI trainers or staff directly for personal projects, jobs, or services without written permission.
Payment & Refunds
Fee Structure
● Course fees include training materials (where applicable) but do not include certification exam fees unless specified.
● Payments must be made in advance to confirm enrollment. Late payments may result in loss of seat.
Pricing Disclaimer
● All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
● Prices may vary based on delivery mode (group training vs. one-on-one) or duration.
● PTDI strives for accuracy, but errors due to human or technical faults may occur.
International/Online Payments
● Bank charges for wire transfers are borne by the participant.
● Online gateway payments may include a markup for processing (e.g., 5% for card payments, 10% for PayPal).
Refunds & Adjustments
● No cash refunds. Adjustments are offered in the form of training re-scheduling, trainer replacement, or alternative course allocation.
● All refund/adjustment decisions are at the sole discretion of PTDI management
Intellectual Property and Usage
● All course materials, templates, videos, presentations, and courseware remain the intellectual property of PTDI.
● Users are granted limited access to content for personal development only.
● Reproduction, resale, or public distribution of any material without written permission is strictly prohibited.
● Use of PTDI’s logo, brand, or training content for personal marketing or business is not allowed.
Confidentiality Data Protection
● PTDI collects personal data solely for communication, certification, and program improvement.
● All participant information is stored securely and shared only with authorized bodies (e.g., TEVTA/UMT, for certification purposes).
● Users may request to review, correct, or delete their data at any time.
● PTDI will not sell or misuse any user data
Termination & Dispute Resolution
Termination Rights
PTDI reserves the right to:
● Cancel a training program for operational or quality reasons.
● Suspend or permanently remove a participant from any program due to misconduct or violation of policy.
● Adjust session schedules in response to unforeseen events.
Dispute Resolution
● All complaints or disputes must be submitted via email to info@ptdi.edu.pk.
● PTDI will attempt resolution within 7 business days.
● If unresolved, both parties agree to pursue non-legal mediation before escalating to court.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed under the laws of Pakistan, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Lahore courts.
Amendments
PTDI reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated via email and displayed on official PTDI channels. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
